NaskMe, LLC (“NaskMe,” “Company,” “We” or “Us”) takes the use of the NaskMe mobile application and the NaskMe website (together the “Software”) very seriously and understands that every user (“You” or “Your”) of the Software is concerned about it as well, so We developed this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) to establish guidelines for acceptable use.
1. You aren’t allowed to use the Software for any activity or action or to post anything that:
a) Is sexually explicit or pornographic, exploits or presents minors in a sexual way, or promotes adult sexual services.
b) Creates a genuine risk of physical injury or property damage, credibly threatens people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm.
c) Promotes self-harm, eating disorders or hard drug abuse.
d) Attacks, bullies or harasses individuals or groups of people.
e) Includes hate speech.
f) Is gratuitously violent or gory.
g) Infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
h) Is fraudulent or deceptive.
i) Is someone else’s personal information or requests any minor’s personal information.
j) Contains any information or content that’s illegal.
k) Offers to trade or sell drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms or other hazardous materials
2. You cannot use the Software to:
a) Use NaskMe’s name, logo, trademark or branding in a way that confuses people about Your affiliation with NaskMe.
b) Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of NaskMe, Our systems or Our technical providers’ systems.
c) Break or circumvent Our security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of Our systems or networks.
d) Use any undocumented or unsupported method to access, search, scrape, download or change NaskMe or anything on it.
e) Post large amounts of unwanted or repetitive content, post unsolicited commercial messages in messages, comments, descriptions, etc. You also can’t use cloaking, off-domain redirects, or any other technical measures to do any of these, or to intentionally obscure a Nask’s final destination.
f) Use meta tags, hidden text or metadata with our trademark, logo, URL or product name without our written consent.
g) Use NaskMe user information to forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use NaskMe to send altered source-identifying information.
h) Try to reverse engineer any of NaskMe’s Software.
i) Try to interfere with any NaskMe user, host or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing.
j) Collect or store personally identifiable information from NaskMe or its users without their permission.
k) Impersonate or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity, including NaskMe.
l) Do anything that violates applicable law or regulations.
m) Share Your password, let anyone access Your account or do anything that might put Your account at risk.
n) Sell Your username, password or otherwise transfer it for compensation.
o) Create or send any content that look like or could be confused with NaskMe content (for example, any content bearing NaskMe’s trademarks or embedding icons that NaskMe uses for actions or functionality available within the Software).
p) Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
4. Children. You are not allowed to use the Software to contact or attempt to contact anyone under the age of thirteen (13).
